- Returns will be eligible for return if emailed to us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@dandylines.in to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly indicate the RA number on the return package.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a traceable shipping method.
4. Refund Method:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Kindly note that the original delivery charges (incurred while shipping the order to you) may be deducted from the final refund amount.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by Dandy Lines.
- We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance for return shipments, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
